Health insurance plans across Canada have just released their plans for the new health insurance coverage for seniors.

The rules, announced on Thursday, come into effect July 1.

Health Canada is giving provinces up to $1,200 to cover their premiums on health care devices, but those provinces must offer health insurance plans to cover the devices and cover the costs of the devices in the province.

The provinces can opt out of the new rules.
